This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for bail in C.R. No. 209/2017 dated 18.07.2017 registered with Dahiwadi Police Station, District Satara under Sections 147, 148, 149, 326, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, prior to submission of charge-sheet. Learned APP on instructions submitted that the investigation in the present crime is practically completed and the Investigating Officer will submit the charge-sheet within a period of 7 working days from today. The said statement is accepted.
