ORDER:- Having permitted the students to appear in First Year BDS examination by order dated 6 May 2015, which was passed after hearing both the parties including, the Dental Council of India, 1/4

ssm 2 Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and the Applicants and as the students appeared in the examination in question for academic year 2014-15, we see there is no reason not to declare the result by the University.

We have already kept all points open and specifically observed that the order will be subject to final decision of this Petition. Therefore, the following order:-

ORDER

a) Maharashtra University of Health SciencesRespondent No.-1, to declare the result of the students who appeared for the examination in pursuance to order dated 6 May 2015, as early as possible, preferably within one week from today.

b) It is made clear that this order and arrangement is for the course in question and for the academic year 2014-15 only, subject to State new Statutory provisions.

c) The directions against the Applicants/Petitioners 2/4

ssm 3 to remove the deficiencies need to be strictly complied with by the Applicants/Petitioners.

d) The University-Respondent No.1 is at liberty to inspect the Petitioner's college, if necessary. e) This will be subject to further orders of this Court.

f) All points are kept open.

g) Civil Application No. 2742 of 2015 is disposed of accordingly.

h) There shall be no order as to costs.

i) Civil Application Nos. 382 of 2015 and 2743 of 2015 be kept on board along with Writ Petition No. 90 of 2015 on 20 November 2015.

The parties to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
