This Interim Application is taken out to bring on record legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No.1-(g). The Petitioner

909-IA-19932-2022.doc No.1-(g) passed away on 14th March, 2006 and the Interim Application is taken out on 23rd September, 2022. There is substantial delay in filing the Interim Application. However, sufficient reasons are given. Apart from that, other Petitioners are prosecuting the Petition. Therefore, in the interest of justice and for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B), (C) and (D). Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
