Mr.Kini, learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection if the civil application for condonation of delay and for bringing the legal heirs of the original petitioner no.1 are brought on record. The statement is accepted.

The amended copy of the civil revision application shall be served upon the respondents through their advocate within one week from the date of carrying out amendment. There shall be no order as to costs.
