By this civil application, the applicants seek restoration of the Second Appeal No.339 of 2013 which is dismissed for non compliance of the conditional order passed by this court on 29th July, 2016. 2.

Mr.Walimbe, learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that the private paper book could not be filed within the time prescribed and the same is ready and will be filed within one week from today. Statement is accepted. Private paper book shall be filed within one week from today and the copy thereof shall be served upon the learned advocate representing the respondents simultaneously.
