By this civil application, the applicant seeks early date of hearing of the Second Appeal No.716 of 2003. By an order dated 17th October, 2013 this Court in the earlier Civil Application No.1418 of 2013 has directed the office to transfer the present second appeal to the category of senior citizen. The matter has not been listed on final hearing board till date. The respondent no.1 is about 70 years old and suffering from various ailments.
