1] By an Order dated 15th September 2017, the applicants were granted interim relief.

2] Perused the record of investigation. Applicant No.1 is the mother-in-law, applicant No.2 is brother-in-law and applicant No.3 is the cousin father-in-law of deceased Smt.Supriya Pol. It is the prosecution case that, the husband of Smt. Supriya Pol after consuming liquor used to beat her and harass her. That the husband of deceased also used to demand rupees one lakh from the parents of deceased for purchasing a four-wheeler car. It is the allegation against the applicants that, they used

Dond 2/2 aba.1629-2017.sxw to harass deceased by passing sarcastic comments against her and used to taunt her. The record indicates that the husband of the deceased namely Digvijay Pol has already been arrested. The allegations against the applicants are general in nature and in view of the ratio laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar & Anr. reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273, the applicants deserve to be protected by pre-arrest bail.

3] In view thereof, interim relief granted by an Order dated 15th September 2017 is hereby confirmed.
