1) The applicant is seeking bail in CR No.322/2014, dated 24/06/2014 registered with Manpada Police Station Dombivali, District Thane under sections 363, 376 read with section 34 of the IPC. 2) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the other two co-accused persons namely, Rohan Madan Bhoir and Abu Ansari have been released on bail by orders dated 3.8.2015 and 20.8.2015, by this Court and by the trial Court respectively. He submitted that the applicant is similarly situated with the other said two co-accused and, therefore, the principle of parity is applicable to him. The learned APP with the fairness at her command conceded to the said submission.
3) In view of the above, I am inclined to allow the present application.

ORDER:- (a) The applicant shall be released on bail in CR No. 322/2014, registered with Manpada Police Station, on his furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount;
(b) After release from jail, the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Monday between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon;
(c) The applicant shall also attend each and every scheduled date of the trial as may be directed by the concerned Court;
(d) Upon failure to attend on two consecutive dates, the prosecution shall be at liberty to file an application under section 439 (2) of Cr.P.C. for cancellation of bail. (e) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the witnesses;
(f) The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
