JULY 14, 2017 P.C.:

Parties through their counsel.

2.

Through this Contempt petition, the petitioner is alleged for non compliance of the order passed by this court on 21.3.2013 in WP No.1729 of 2013 as also the order dated 10.6.2015 passed in Contempt Petition No.227 of 2015. It appears from the reading of both the orders that the Caste Scrutiny Committee was directed to decide the petitioner's caste claim within the time fixed in the said orders. It also appears that the time to decide the caste claim expired somewhere in August, 2015. Today learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. In the circumstances, we direct the learned AGP to inform the Caste Scrutiny Committee at Nashik to take the decision if not already taken in regard to the petitioner's caste claim within two months from today. Parties to act on authenticated copy of this order. With the aforesaid extension of time, contempt petition is disposed of. (M.S. SONAK, J.) (SHANTANU S. KEMKAR, J.)
