1] The Applicant was released by order dated 11.07.2019 with a condition viz :

"The Applicant shall furnish P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, with one or two local sureties in the like amount, within a period of six weeks of his release on cash bail." 2] After the lapse of two years, an application is taken out on 19.09.2022 seeking extension to furnish sureties in lieu of cash bail. The laid back approach of the Applicant is not acceptable, and admittedly the Applicant is enjoying his liberty for two years, without being bothered to furnish the sureties, which was one of the condition subject for his release on bail 1/2
