P.C.:- It is the grievance of the Petitioner that, Appeal preferred by the Petitioner under Section 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 (for short, "said Act") against Order dated 26th April, 2022 passed under Section 55 of the said Act, thereby externming him from the jurisdiction of the Districts mentioned in the Order, has not been decided till date. It is submitted that, due to the said impugned Order, the valuable rights of the Petitioner have been put to hold.

2) Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that, though the Appeal under Section 60 of the said Act was filed on 20th May, 2022 along with Interim Application for stay, till date neither the Interim Application for interim relief nor the main Appeal has been decided by the Respondent No.2.

ssm 2 11-wp3941.22.doc 3) In view thereof, we hereby direct the Respondent No.2 either to decide the Application for the interim relief or substantive Appeal filed under Section 60 of the said Act, by the Petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of present Order. 4) Petition is partly allowed in the aforesaid terms. All the concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this Order.
