The petitioner/orig. plaintiff is aggrieved by an order dated 13/11/2021 passed below Exh.7 in Special Civil Suit No.339 of 2021, instituted by her. On the application fled by the plaintiff for grant of ad-interim ex-parte injunction, notice has been issued by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan, making it returnable on 15/11/2021. The proceedings are thus pending on the fle of the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan.

When the learned counsel is asked about the progress of the proceedings, he states that on 15/11/2021, the proceeding were adjourned.

It is seen that on an application praying for ad-interim ex-pare injunction, notice came to be issued and the court is seized with the said application, which the petitioner wants to M.M.Salgaonkar

For the reasons stated in the application, it is expected that the learned Judge would take into account the expediency expressed by the petitioner/ plaintiff and make every endeavour to proceed with the application immediately, without unnecessarily delaying its hearing.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
