Challenging the order dated 18.9.2014 Exhibit "A" by which the petitioner has been removed from the approved list of MES contractors on the ground that the petitioner had submitted incorrect working capital certificates, the petitioner has filed this petition. According to the petitioner, the impugned order is based on incorrect facts. In support of his contention, the petitioner has placed reliance on various documents including certificate dated 2.6.2010, 7.9.2015, 4.1.2010 and 10.7.2010.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation with supporting documents before respondent no. 4 and the respondent no. 4 be directed to consider the petitioner's grievance against the impugned

hvn 907-wp-13409.2016 order and take a decision by passing a speaking order. 3.

Keeping in view of the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no. 4 to consider and take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation as may be filed by the petitioner. The decision as aforesaid be taken within two months from the date of receipt of representation. The representation be submitted by the petitioner within two weeks from from today.
