Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Advocate for the petitioner submits that Revision Application No.403 of 2015 before the State of Maharashtra filed by the petitioner is pending for hearing and final disposal on its own merits. He submits that they moved for stay in the said Revision. That application is also pending for hearing and final disposal on its own merits. The learned A.G.P. for the respondent State placed on record photo copy of letter dated 15.10.2016 stating that State of Maharashtra will decide the petitioner's Revision application No.403 of 2015 within three months from today. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till the hearing and final disposal of their stay application before the State of Maharashtra, Enquiry Officer be directed not to publish/submit his enquiry report under section 88 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. Considering these facts, following order is passed:

a) State of Maharashtra is directed to decide the petitioner's Revision Application No.403 of 2015 along with Stay Application within 3 months from today.

b) Till the decision of Revision Application No.403 of 2015 Enquiry Officer appointed under section 88 of the said Act is directed to hold his final report.
