This is an application for modification in respect of the conditions imposed while granting bail vide order dated 4/7/2018. The applicant herein was arrested on 7/6/2017 in Crime No. 51 of 2017 registered at Vadkhal Police Station for offence punishable under section 302 read with section 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. After filing of the charge-sheet, upon perusal of the records, this Court had observed that the case is based on circumstantial evidence. The applicant had been in custody for more than one and half year. The applicant is a patient of Tuberculosis. He was referred to the hospital from jail also. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has two minor children. There are no criminal antecedents. In view of this, the application deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The applicant shall report to Vadkhal Police Station Talwalkar

52.appp1060.18.doc on every Wednesday and Sunday between 10.30 a.m. to 12 noon for 6 months and thereafter, once a week i.e. on Sunday between 10.30 a.m. to 12 noon.
