Present Petition is filed for quashing of F.I.R. No.304 of 2022 dated 19th August 2022 registered with Atpadi Police Station, Sangli on the basis of the information given by Respondent No.2.

At the outset, learned APP submitted that, investigation of the present crime is completed and the Investigating Agency will submit charge-sheet in the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of two weeks from today. The said statement is accepted.

In view of the above, learned Advocate for Petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file an application for discharge, as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the 1/2
