This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondet to take cognizance in respect of the complaint of the petitioner lodged vide letter dated 28th September, 2014. Mrs.Deshmukh, learned APP on instructions from the concerned police officers makes a statement that in pursuance to the said statement F.I.R. bearing No.24/2015 for offences punishable under section 498(A) and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act has been registered with Dahisar police station, 1/2

48) wp3913-14 Mumbai and after completion of investigation charge-sheet is filed. In support of the statement, she has placed on record a report dated 17th December, 2015 by Senior police inspector, Dahisar police station, Mumbai.
