The instant application is filed for quashing the FIR, bearing CR. No. 48 of 2015 registered with Poladpur Police Station on the allegation of commission of the offence punishable under section 376, 420, 323, 506 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The quashment is sought by consent, as the dispute between the Applicant and Respondent No. 2 is settled amicably.

Be that as it may, Mr Saste, learned APP submitted that after completion of investigation into the subject FIR, the Investigating Officer has filed B-Summary report before the concerned Magistrate. In support of his submission, he placed on record the report dated 19th April 2017 made by Poladpur Police Station. 3.
