The validity of the impugned decision is only for two years. It is This order is corrected vide speaking to minutes order dt. 03/03/2022

2/2 3 wp 11933.18...2.doc already stated in the impugned decision that the Ministry shall review its decision in the matter. Such being the decision and the period of two years is now over, we are of the view that purpose of this Petition shall stand served if suitable liberty is granted to the Petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, while granting liberty to the Petitioner to make a fresh application for starting a new Ayurved college for the fresh academic year, we dispose of the Petition with a direction that if any fresh application is filed within two weeks from the date of the order, the same shall be considered and decided as expeditiously as possible by Respondent No.2. We further direct that in doing so the Ministry may take appropriate decision regarding utilisation of the amount already deposited by the Petitioner on account of fees and other expenses for processing the fresh application for issuance of EC and consent of affiliation from MUHS or otherwise. 4.

All interim applications stand disposed of in terms of the final order.
