After arguing for some time, Mr Samdani seeks leave to withdraw the Petition but with liberty to canvass all contentions against the 4th Respondent, Aai Tulja Bhavani Transport, in the Intervention Application/Impleadment Application that the present Petitioner has filed in a separate Writ Petition filed by the 4th Respondent. That Petition is also pending before us. 7th December

The present Petitioner is of course at liberty to file any supplementary AfÏdavit in that Intervention Application/Impleadment Application as well.
