The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time. The substantive relief claimed in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is in relation to the plot situated at an Industrial Estate in District Dhule.

Therefore, this petition ought to have been filed before the Bench of this Court at Aurangabad We, therefore, direct the registry

wp9834 to return the papers of this petition to the Advocate for the petitioner to enable him to present the same at the Bench at Aurangabad. Ad-interim relief granted earlier in this petition on 28th November 2013 shall continue to operate for a period of one month from today to enable the petitioner to take appropriate steps.
