This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No.32/2014 registered with Vitthalwadi Police Station, District Thane. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice I am inclined to allow the present application. The applicant in Bail Application No.1541/2015 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2.
