Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one year back the proposal was submitted for issuance of Shalarth ID to the petitioner. The notice was issued by the Deputy Director of Education, recently to the Management and to the Petitioner for hearing scheduled on 30th September 2022. But no YUGANDHARA SHARAD PATIL decision is taken.

In case, the proposal seeking approval for issuance of Shalarth ID is pending with the Deputy Director of Education, as contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner, then the Deputy Director of Education shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law preferably within 6 weeks from today.
