By this application, the applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R.No.323 of 2021 registered with Wada Police Station, Palghar for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The scrap involved in the offence is already recovered from the other co-accused.

One of the co-accused is a real brother of the applicant. 5.

There are no criminal antecedents against the applicant. 6.

In that view of the matter, in the event of the arrest of the applicant in C.R.No.323 of 2021 registered with Wada Police Station, Palghar for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC, applicant be released on bail in the sum of Rs 10,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer from 6th to 9th December, 2021 between 10:00 a.m. and 12 noon and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. Applicant shall not directly or indirectly try to influence the prosecution witnesses and tamper with the evidence.
