Vide order dated 22.11.2021, co-ordinate bench of this court (Coram: Nitin W. Sambre, J.) has already granted final relief in this application, as is recorded in paragraph No.4 of that order, which reads thus:- "4.

Applicant in the event of his arrest in Crimine No.289 of 2021 registered with Vartak Nagar Police Station, Thane for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 354, 506 r/w 34 of IPC be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount."

In paragraph Nos. 5 and 6 certain compliance was VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Gokhale

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the applicant has complied with those two directions which are recorded in paragraph Nos. 5 and 6, which reads thus:- "5.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer from 6th December, 2021 to 14th December, 2021 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon as and when directed."

Applicant shall surrender his mobile on the first date of his appearance before the Investigating Officer."

In this view of the matter, nothing survives in this application. The application is disposed of in conformity with the order dated 22.11.2021.
