This civil application is filed for the restoration of above writ petition. Since there were office objections, the writ petition was placed on the board of Registrar (Judicial) on 20th March 2012. On that day, the Registrar passed order directing the Advocate for the Petitioner to remove the office objections within two weeks, failing which the registration of the writ petition would stand refused. Advocate for the Petitioner, unfortunately, did not remove the office objections within the stipulated time and in terms of the self-speaking order, registration of the writ petition stood refused. .

Today, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that whatever objections are there would be removed by patilsr 1 / 2

her within two weeks from today and an indulgence be shown to the Petitioner. Statement is accepted.

In view of the undertaking given by the Petitioner's advocate and for the reasons stated in paragraphs 2 to 7, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Writ petition stands restored to the file. Registry to number the writ petition. 3.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
