By this application, the applicants pray that the time granted by this Court to the respondent No. 2 to complete the proceedings in Case Nos. 0014 and 0014A of 2013, be extended by a period of 6 months from 15th September 2018.

caw.1980.18.33.doc Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 states that an Estate Officer has newly been appointed in place of earlier one and that he will resume duties from 10th October 2018. She submits that the newly appointed Estate Officer will complete the proceedings within the said extended time i.e. within 6 months from today. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The respondent No. 2 to complete the proceedings in case Nos. 0014 and 0014A of 2003 within 6 months from 15th September 2018.

Application is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
