The applicants are issued with the notice under section 41 A of Cr.P.C by Sub-Inspector of Police, Bengaluru City, on 14/09/2022. Since the arrest of the applicants is not imminent and they can response to the Investigating Officer and if there is any difficulty for the senior citizens to appear they can establish contact with the Authority/ the Officer issuing the notice and seek some extension. 2.
