The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that according to him there is no delay and if there is delay, it may be condoned. He submitted that the appellants are ready to supply copy of Appeal memo.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel, the order dated 4th August, 2017 passed by Registrar (Judicial-II) is hereby set aside. First Appeal No. 26 of 2017 and First Appeal No. 114 of 2017 are restored to their original file. Delay is condoned. The appellants to comply with the office objections on or before 9th October, 2017 and if the office objections are not complied with, First Appeals will be dismissed without further referring to the Court. 5.
