By this application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 17th August, 2022, by which, the aforesaid Writ Petition was dismissed for non prosecution and seeks restoration of the said Petition to its original file. The said order is page 6 of the application. It appears that the petition was dismissed for non prosecution, as none had appeared for the petitioner.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the order dated 17th August, 2022 passed by this Court, is recalled and the aforesaid Writ Petition is restored back to its original file. Delay, if any, is condoned.
