By this application, the applicants seek modification/relaxation of the condition No. (ii) of para 4, as imposed in the order dated 30 th July, 2015 passed by this Court (Coram : Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.) in Criminal Bail Application No. 1161 of 2015. The same reads thus: "(b) Applicants be enlarged on bail on furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each with one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount."

Learned Counsel for the applicants states that although the applicants were enlarged on bail vide order dated 30th July, 2015, till date, they are unable to arrange for local solvent surety of Rs. 25,000/- each. He 1/3

prays that the said amount of Rs. 25,000/- be reduced to that of Rs. 15,000/-.

Perused the application. For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the aforesaid condition is modified/relaxed to the extent that the applicants shall now be enlarged on bail on furnishing Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each with one or two local sureties in the like amount.

The application is accordingly allowed in the above terms. 5.
