This Court has already granted protection to the Applicants by order dated 25th November, 2021. From reading of the FIR, it is seen that there are counter cases by both the groups. Other two Applications arising out of the counter FIR i.e. Application Nos.2783 of 2021 and 2802 of 2021 are already allowed by this Court. It is already observed that the complaints appear to have been lodged due to political rivalry.

Learned APP also submits that Applicants have cooperated in investigation. The investigation is almost complete. No untoward incident has taken place after grant of interim relief. 3.

Both the Application Nos.2791 of 2021 and 2807 of 2021 are arising out of the same FIR. For the reasons recorded, this Court finds that a case is made out to allow both these Applications. 4.

Both these Applications are therefore allowed 5.

In the event of arrest in connection with FIR No.423 of 2021 registered with Atpadi Police for the offence under Section 307, 109, 143, 149, 504, 506 of IPC, Applicants shall be released on bail on executing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one surety in the like amount.

Applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required by the Police.
