The Learned Counsel Mr. Sunil R. Rawal undertakes to file his Vakalatnama for the Applicants during the course of the week. The above Civil Application has been filed seeking substituted service against the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to the above Civil Revision application. The reasons why recourse to Order V Rule 20 of the CPC is required to be taken are mentioned in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of the Civil Application. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the said paragraphs of the Civil Application, the same is allowed. The Applicants are permitted to serve the notice on the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 by publishing the same in three local newspapers i.e. Free Press Journal in English, Navshakti in Marathi BGP.

After the paper publication the Learned Counsel for the Applicants to file affidavit of service annexing thereto the paper publication in respect of the notice.
