P.C.:- The present Petition takes exception to the Judgment and Order dated 21st July, 2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-3, Nashik in Criminal Revision Application No. 131 of 2013. The said Revision Application was preferred by the Petitioner against the Order dated 7th February, 2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dindori, rejecting the Application of the Petitioner for stay of RCC No. 70 of 2008, pending the hearing of Revision No. 281 of 2010. The record indicates that the said Revision No. 281 of 20108 has been decided by the learned 1/2
