This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in C.R. No. 88 of 2016 registered with Nagpada Police Station, Mumbai. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (1). 2.

The applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application 807 of 2016 is hereby directed to implead the original Complainant Shri Rajpurohit as Respondent No. 2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel of the original Complainant within the said stipulated period.
