2] Applicant Nos. 2, 3 and 4 are the minor children. Therefore, the amount of their share cannot be permitted to be withdrawn.

3] As regards the claimant No.1, she is permitted to 1/2

919 CAF 2906 OF 2018.odt withdraw 50% amount of her share with proportionate interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking. 4] As regards the claimant No.5, the mother is concerned, she is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of her share with interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking. 5] On the request of learned counsel for the appellant, amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited in this Court is directed to be transferred to the Tribunal. .

6] Application is disposed.
