The applicants are seeking modification of order dated 13th April 2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-3, Thane. The applicants had preferred application for anticipatory bail, which has been allowed by the aforesaid order on condition that they be released on bail on executing P.R bond of Rs.50,000/- each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount on conditions stipulated enumerated in the order.

It is submitted that applicants are related to each other. It is difficult to arrange sureties qua the amount imposed by the Trial Court. Hence the amount of PR bond be reduced to Rs.15,000/- each.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-3, Thane dated 13th April 2022 in
2 of 2 518.APL.904.2022.doc Anticipatory Bail Application No.102 of 2022 is modified to the extent of amount of P.R bond and it is directed that in the event of arrest of applicants in connection with CR No.I-1 of 2022 registered with Kopar Khairane Police Station, they be released on bail on their executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

The application stands disposed off in above terms. Rest of the order stipulating conditions for bail passed by Additional Sessions Judge-3, Thane shall remain intact.
