Further to our order dated 19th October 2023, affidavit of applicant affirmed on 3rd November 2023 is filed. In view of the averments contained in this affidavit, we allow the interim application in terms of prayer clause (i), which reads as under:

"(i) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an order substituting the nephew of the deceased petitioner as the petitioner in this writ petition in place of the deceased petitioner and direct the petitioners to amend the petition in the interest of justice."
