By an order dated 1.11.2017 the Applicant was granted interim relief with a direction to attend the Investigating officer on the stipulated dates and to join the process of investigation. 2.

Perused the record of investigation.

It appears that the Applicant has complied with the earlier directions and has joined the process of investigation. In view thereof, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. 4.

The interim relief granted by order dated 1.11.2017 is

RNG 2/2 15-aba-1807.17 hereby confirmed. However, the Applciant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and to join the process of investigation till the submission of charge sheet.

Criminal Application is allowed in aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J)
