The learned counsel for the applicant seeks time. This is an application for amendment of the Writ Petition. Amendment is partly based on the subsequent events. The learned counsel for the applicant states that a copy of this application has been served to the applicant in the Civil Application No.1027 of 2013. We direct the applicants to file an affidavit of service within a period of one week from today.

caw3077 Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, amendment deserves to be granted. Accordingly, Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment shall be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. Civil application No.3078 of 2015 shall be listed on 19th January 2016.
