The petitioner was appointed as a contractor for cleaning the premises of respondent no. 1 on 31.7.2014 for five years and on 01.10.2014 it was cancelled unilaterally without following the terms of the contract and principles of nature justice. Learned counsel, therefore, submits that necessary directions be given to the respondents. 3.

Counsel for respondent no. 1 submits that an Administrator was appointed who has taken charge since October, 2014. The petitioner was illegally appointed as a contractor. The respondent no. 1 is getting the work done by appointing persons at a lower rate.

The relations between the parties are contractual in nature and if the petitioner feels aggrieved

1006wp9376.14 2/2 with the action of the respondents, petitioner can take recourse to the remedy available in law. In exercise of extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction, no interference is warranted. Disposed of.

Ad interim relief stands vacated.
