The above petitions are filed challenging the show cause notices issued in the Chapter Cases by the Special Executive Magistrate, Borivali Division, Mumbai - respondent No.2. The petitioners are always at liberty to file replies to the said show cause notices and thereafter, respondent No.2 shall take appropriate decision after hearing the petitioner in all the petitions. In the circumstances, we are of the opinion that the petitions are premature and, therefore, we dispose of the same with liberty to the petitioners to file replies to the show cause notices in the Chapter Proceedings.
