Apprehending the election of Respondent No. 5 prior to the election of Respondent No. 6 the Petitioners have filed this Petition.

On being notice, the Respondents-State has filed its reply affidavit. In para 4 of the reply affidavit, the Respondents-State has made the following statement.

"I say and submit that the Respondent No. 3 and 4 will conduct the elections of Administrator appointed 58 and term expiring 16 total 74, societies including Respondent No. 6 in due course and thereafter we will conduct the election of the Respondent No. 5 the progress of the on going elections of the Administrator appointed of Primary Agricultural CoOperative Societies is annexed as Exhibit R-1. The learned counsel for the Petitioners submit that in view of the stand taken by the Respondents-State that they will conduct the election of Respondent No. 5 after the election of Respondent No. 6, the purpose of filing of this Petition is served. 4.
