The learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that the Applicants have complied with the Order dated 19.09.2017 and have deposited the balance amount of Rs. 45,00,000/- in the Court of the learned Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai. 2.

In view thereof, the condition to furnish one solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- is hereby modified and the Applicants are permitted to furnish one or more local solvent sureties to make up the amount of Rs. 2,00,000/-. The warrant issued against the Applicants by the learned Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 47th Court, Mumbai dated 15.09.2017 is hereby cancelled.
