1] The petitioner says that this writ petition has been wrongly filed in the High Court of Judicature at Bombay in its Appellate Civil Jurisdiction. The petition is filed on the basis that the cause of action arises within District Pune. However, that is erroneous because the subject land / property is situated at Mouje Nandur Khandermal Plot No. 2, Taluka Sangamner. It is said that this Taluka would fall in Ahmednagar District. All matters pertaining to Ahmednagar District ought to be filed before the Bench of this Court at Aurangabad.

2] Let therefore the petition be returned to the petitioner's Advocate for presentation to the Bench at Aurangabad.

3] Registry to act accordingly.
