Learned counsel for the petitioner is not available. Learned APP appearing fo Respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that challenge in writ petition is to conversions of group grampanchayat. At that time notice for election was already issued.

Learned APP submits that thereafter elections are also completed and elected body has already started functioning. 3.

In this situation, accepting the submission made we dispose of the present petition.
