The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 172 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraph 4 of the Civil Application. The sum and substance of the reasons is that on account of ill health, the Applicant could not take steps to file the Civil Revision Application. None appears for the Respondents though served. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 172 days in filing the Civil Revision Application stands condoned. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. List the Civil Revision Application for admission after the ensuing Christmas Vacation in January 2016.
