By an order dated 28.9.2016, the applicants herein were granted interim relief. It is not the case of the prosecutor that the applicants have committed any breach of conditions after being granted interim relief. At the time of granting interim relief, this Court had observed that the incident had taken place on the eve of immersion of Ganesh idol. It is not a pre-meditated act. It was on the spur of the moment. The injuries sustained by the victims are simple injuries. The order granting interim relief deserves to be confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

Applications stand disposed of.
