Heard Ms. Sawant, learned counsel for the Applicants, and Ms. Chitnis, learned counsel for the Respondent-Insurance Company. 2.

These are the Civil Applications filed by the Original Claimants seeking withdrawal of the entire/balance amount of compensation 3/4

deposited by the Respondent-Insurance Company in the Tribunal. Learned counsel for the Respondent-Insurance Company opposes these Civil Applications.

However, considering the requirements of the Applicants and as the entire amount of compensation cannot be allowed to be withdrawn, Applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation deposited by the Respondent-Insurance Company in the Tribunal, subject to furnishing of usual undertaking.
