DATE : 27th MARCH, 2019.
P.C.:- By Orders dated 27th August, 2018, 4th September, 2018 1/2
ssm 2 12-aba1698.18gp.doc and 14th September, 2018 respectively, the Applicants were granted interim relief.
Perusal of the first information report and other record would prima facie indicate that, the application of Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code to the present crime is misplaced. The rest of the offences alleged against the Applicants are bailable offences.
In view thereof, the interim relief granted on 27th August, 2018, 4th September, 2018 and 14th September, 2018 respectively, are hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
All the Applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms. In view of disposal of Anticipatory Bail Application No.1772 of 2018, Application No. 1134 of 2018 does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
